About Zon 261.

(English translation below the pictures!)

Here's all the makeups I got! They needed people without makeup on the third day. The makeup will, of course, look different in the movie!

I actually don't remember how I got the information about this whole thing. That they were looking for extras for the movie Zon 261 (Zone 261), which was shot in Landskrona. I think one of my parents told me and then I went to Facebook to check out their page. Anyhow, me and Natalie gave them our interest as extras, and they wanted us! Even that felt huge, hehe!
So, why did I go for it? To be seen in a movie? Or? No, of course not! I mean, it'd be awesome to see myself in the movie when hits the cinema and comes out on DVD, but that's not the reason I wanted to do this. I've always known that I'm very interested in films. Everything from acting to how you shoot a movie, how your rig it up, which tools you use for the cameras and which settings you should have. The entire production. And that's why I wanted to do it. Because I wanted to see how you shoot a movie, to see a real production and real actors. It's been very developing for me on so many levels to be there, and just something fun I've done at the same time. Something you can brag about to your friends, hehe. After this experience I can almost guarantee that I want to work with films and movies in the future. Both as an actress (that in the first place), filmphotographer, editor and director.

The Zon 261-crew and team has been so incredibly nice to us. All the extras reading this will probably recognize that it was very tough, hehe. Especially when we had bad weather! You got to the meeting place early in the morning just to wait for a pretty long time for your makeup, and then you went out on location. Once there, you had to wait even longer. Once you start shooting the scenes there's a lot going on. Your focus is really important so you don't laugh while shooting, and you often have re-do the takes a few times. Then they'll change angles, and that can take some time. Then you have to re-do it over and over again. So, you hear, the film business and everything it's called is not always fancy and glamorous, but holy sh*t it's fun! I was there 6 days!

I also have to say that Fredrik Hiller is an amazing director! Haven't seen his other movies yet (he's done Pslam 21, for an example) but I've obviously seen how he works on set and he spreads so much energy! I have also been watching a tv-series called Bron (amazing series!) where he has a character. It would've been fun to work with him in the future!

So, if you ever think about being in a movie, don't hesitate! It will be hard, you will be tired, but you will have an amazing journey, a development journey. Learn as much as possible and listen as much as you can. Because it's worth it!
